At Youha Australia, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like intimates and earrings are final sale unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
